A bit more than two weeks left… I just finished my exams and assignments, this means that I officially have holidays. Also, we have planned a lot of activities, so we can spend the last days together.
I still do not want to go home, but in a few days the first ones are already leaving. Yesterday we had one last dinner together. Everyone cooks something, and we sit together all night with food and drinks. It is the best experience ever, to see everyone dancing, laughing and eating.
The planning for today is going to the beach to swim, the weather is quite good now. After that, we will eat something and go back to the beach to watch the sunset. In the evening, we will go to a bar. Tomorrow there is a barbecue with our Swedish friends. This is how all my days go now, and I enjoy it to the fullest.
I added some pictures to show the things we are doing here, and it is a lot of “going to the beach, party, eat, watching stars and going on trips”. For example, we went on a moose safari. The moose came so close to the car, that I could touch it. We as a group also do fika a lot. Fika is the typical coffee break in Sweden, you sit with friends and drink coffee with a snack. I think I am going to keep that habit when I am back in the Netherlands.
Even though there is not much to write about, I will write another blog for my departure and reflect on the whole exchange when I am home. I hope you are all safe, wherever you are, and see you in two weeks!
